The Main House has  7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 26 people. The entrance floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, large living area, and two dining rooms. The living area features a rock fireplace with a television overhead, very high ceilings and a gorgeous rustic chandelier featuring brands from ranches across the Hill Country. The dining room seats up to 16.  

     The master bedroom and bath is on the main floor. The second level upstairs features two bunk rooms-each has four sets of bunk beds, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a full and twin bed. Two bathrooms with double vanities are also on the second level. The third level features a king bed, full bathroom, a twin bedroom, coffee & wine bar, living area and a library with desk.   The house also has a basement lounge area with fusbol and poker tables

Outside a large tile and rock porch wraps almost around the entire main floor. The outdoor fire pit in the front of the house is the perfect place to relax and make s'mores.  The outdoor cantina features a bar area, BBQ pit, smoker, outdoor TV, and outdoor games.
